Hey guys! I just finished up this little one off skeleton kwaiken. This one has everything you need and nothing you don't to make the perfect lightweight edc.
I used CPM20cv for the steel on this guy. CPM20cv is a high end, powder steel with excellent corrosion resistance, edge retention and wear resistance. I do my own heat treat for optimal performance of the steel and intended use. This includes Hardening in an electronically controlled kiln and Liquid nitrogen Cryo.
The sheath on this one is kydex with nice, solid retention. The slim profile means it would work equally as well being carried in pocket, IWB or even neck carry.

OAL - 7 3/4"
Blade - 3.5" tip to plunge Chisel ground. (scary sharp)
Steel - .195" CPM20cv at 61rc Optimized heat treat done in house which includes Hardening in an electronically controlled kiln and Liquid nitrogen Cryo.
Sheath - Tek lok ready kydex
