Exactly. Once you get into a subsection describing the products (NOT the shopping site) you should be able to get to all the pages without going "home". Especially since the "khukuries" hypertext in the intro text takes you to the first of these five product pages but you can't go to the other four from there. My vote is to keep the pages medium sized. I would consolidate the categories though, even though some categories may be 1/2 page, others several.
a suggestion:
*khukuries and knives
*swords
*new for 2001
eventually it may be a good idea to further categorize or designate the products:
*stock item (on shopping site, usually available)
*often not in stock (orders filled as product available e.g M43, Chitlangi please contact[?])
*Special and custom order (limited availabilty, please contact e.g Cherokee Rose)
Somewhere it might be more explicitly mentioned that custom orders with carved handles, scabbards, different handle materials, blade engraving, etc can be arranged.

Site map: lots of larger sites have them. They are just a collection of links to all of the pages or sections. Organization varies--table of contents, index, outline, hierarchial tree, whatever seems most intuitive or matches the site's structure. Ideally you should be able to get to it from any page, if you get lost, but a prominent link near the top of the home page is adequate and easy to refer to. The outline or tree organization is probably best IMO

The error message I get replaces the HI page with the message (probably my older browser) when I go "back" and stop loading the page just before the error re-occurs, all the text but none of the pictures have loaded. May help locate it?
