Mint Condition. I am original owner. Was made in August 2016. Never carried. Fully handmade custom knife in original condition as shipped from Les Voorhies.
Model: Long Claw XL (approximate 4" blade)
Blade is razor sharp and perfectly centered when closed. There is no blade play in any direction. Lock up is like a vault and occurs at around 20% on this liner lock so you get two 'presentation' sides.
The scales are marbled carbon fiber built over titanium liners. The inlays are in an incredible timascus with amazing hues of purple and blue.
All hardwear is annodized blue.
The flipping action is amazing. A very firm detente yet the flipper opens the blade with no effort at warp 9.
The pivot color, scales, back spacer and pocket clip are all made from timascus.
The price ($1195>1095 all in) is below Les Voorhies direct sales price and his books are not open to new orders. This price is hundreds less than lower fancy versions of this knife that you will find on secondary market dealers such as Recon1.
