Mirror Finsh as EDC?

I have a couple of Buck knives with the mirror finish.

Has anyone else actually used a knife with that finish as an EDC?

If so, please post pics and comments.

Mirror finish on a user? I haven't yet but see no reason why not, other than it will show the inevitable scuffs and scratches of a working knife a little quicker. I'm still mulling over an Ironwood 889 (w/ mirror finish) for EDC. The regular 889 black finish is not something I feel good about using in the kitchen for some reason (but the mirror would be great :) ).
 
My thoughts exactly Blue Sky.
I am thinking about an 819.
Or maybe a 124.
So, I am curious to see pics of the "scuffs and scratches" that would be the result of "normal' use :)
 
Never cared for that mirror finish. I've used steel wool to get rid of it. I don't want the black helicopters to spot me.
 
I bought a mirror finish 532 with the idea of EDC. However, I havent been able to bring myself to actually using it.... I have actually considered selling it...

I would love to see some pics also.

That's a thought...steel wool.
But that's like me hooking up with Bea Arthur ("Maude") because my wife is "going" to get old. :confused: :confused:
