One of the best genuine mirror polishes I have is on this Boker Savannah, but it makes it hard to photograph

Thanks Scott, it really is a perfect mirror finish, so I have to be extra careful not to catch my ugly mug in it when taking photographs!

In general I'm not a fan of mirror polished blades, sometimes called a crocus finish, but I have a few.

And here's the twist: I have some mirror-finished blades. When I scan them they look like the patina from hell. Perhaps appropriate for 2020. I am not much of a cameraman.
