Thanks everyone. It took a lot of sanding haha. I am still trying to figure out how to get around the thumbstud, I didn't mess with the pivot area because I didn't want to thin it out or something, plus it would look like crap after opening it a few times.Looks good. How'd you do it?

What if I did a tutorial video? I could do a step by step process or something? Its not super complicated but the tools I use make it nice.How did you get it to that mirror finish? I have a storm that I've sanded down to a 2500 grit sandpaper, but it still isn't perfectly reflective. I assume metal polish?
