I have acquired these over the course of a few years and now make my own.
From left to right there are:
2 black 3-1/8in long
21 med standard 2-5/8in long
17 small 2-1/8in long
3 w/ 3 holes
2 teardrop shaped
1 tip down
1 around the pivot
1 small teardrop
There are 48 total. Price is $100 shipped for them all, that's $2 each.
