As the 7th Annual Great Northwest Rat, Hog & Dog Mischief is nearing (August 20-21) , thought we'd take the Koffee Klatch Knife Kult up to the "Scene-of-the-Crime" this Sunday.

Perhaps even build some more Barney Rubble furniture :D ?!!

So meet Noon on Sunday at the EOC in Stevenson...

Ooof; this is getting scary :o !
(Remember, no adult supervision!)

Right on, safetyman. It'll be good to see you there!

.

Do you guys camp out or can I get a motel room? Can we bring knives other than Busse?

Well, a typical person who attends the Mischief camps. I just don't know if you fit into the "typical" category Tim :p. I hope I speak for everyone when I say that any and all sharp things are welcome.

(I SAY BRING THE HORTONS!!!)

I asked about the motel because I don't have any camping gear (except a down bag) anymore, but I guess I could sleep in the back of my truck (if we park close to camp). I would bring the couple of Busse knives I still have of course, but I only have one Horton, a folder. I do have a couple of the LionSteel knives to try out though, a 6 1/2" knife and a 12" Machete.

Thanks Eric.

My boss drug me out today, it were 'orrible, but I was able to do some further recon:
Here's a shot of the quarry on the top of which is (wait for it...) Mischief Henge!

You can see it as the little open tan spot just above the rock in the foreground, seen through the base of this:

... the Look Out on Red Mountain.

Ah life...

Sounds like fun! I just took a week off from work and took a hop over to Seattle with the wife and kids.

Wish I could show up!

So anyway...

Went up to Mischief Henge to construct some more Barney Rubble furniture, took this shot of Red Mountain:

The terror builds  :nightmare: !!

Took the site and the new benches for a test run last weekend. Everything seems perfect in preparation of the main event.

I'm still debating between a one or two day stay. Ah, you're right. Make it two! See you guys on Friday! :D

so do you post a secret map to this spot or would a guy have to use reverse osmoses to find it?
