Alan, I had asked you about slipjoints a while ago, and this looks great. I have yet to add your misery whip to my collection, and I am in love with wood and wharncliffes as you may remember, so this new offering gives me something to lust after! I really like your style in this slipjoint and look forward to seeing more my friend! The WharnKris is still my daily carry large knife, supported by a smaller slipjoint, often with punch.

Ohhhh, man! That's really slick. I'm interested in your washer-construction idea; technically, it should be just as strong, and maybe with less friction (although I'm not sure that my leather-wrapped, wooden hands would be able to notice, quite...). What material are the washers of?
