Missing Avatar

For a while now Avatars are no longer showing up on me view I've checked my preferences and have display avatars checked?

If it's checked, then you should be good to go. Do Avatar's show up when you are logged out?

All I can think of is you might have your browser set not to display images, but if that's it you won't see any images on any website you go to....

It's really weird I seem to see the standard waving flag but nothing else and I seem to see all the picture except for the posts from winstonknives as an example I don't get the picture in this this thread

They don't even work for me as links -- the Bladeforums software left the last part of the url, the part in curly braces, out of the link. But I can see the images in the original thread. I dunno....

Mystery solved I recently install McAfee Privacy Service and one of the options is to block ads which I enabled and I guess that's when the avatars and some images went away because I just turned the option off and the avatars and images are back.

I'll be sending a trouble report to McAfee about how their privacy services work with forum software.
