Missing Package

The Fedex guy just showed up at my door 8:30 AM telling me he knows he "misdelivered" my pkg, knows where he left it and is still trying to get it back!!

Hip hip horray! This might have a good ending.

PS- Damn these things are sharp. I was just fooling around with my Kalinga, using the thumbscrew and somehow just touched my FU finger with the blade and well im not on my way to the ER but i could see that happening. It's probably a good thing- That little nick is going to prevent a big one down the road.

Buckstop,

Your new to the forum so we'll let you slide...but all Buck bites should be photo'd and posted for our enjoyment:D They are badges of honor(or dishonor as the case may be:eek:)

example:
My 1st version 112 bit me when i was cleaning it after getting it off the bay

It wouldnt show up on my camera i dont think but take your cut, reduce it by 70%, have the slice head in the opposite direction pointing at 10 O'Clock and move it to the first knuckle and there you have it.

Maybe there should be a thread devoted to these pics? But i dont suppose Buck would like that, would they?.

PS- I bought my first non Buck, a Kershaw, the other day- Im taking it back today!!

Buckstop, no cut too small and there have been bite thread-no problem with Buck its a testimony to how sharp they are(esp right out of the box)-like I said, good entertainment:thumbup:

maybe someone with search privledge will post a bite thread...please:)

That is so funny to me. Plus a little while ago i tried to post a thread where people could post "Buck Bargains" they found online. I got a PM telling me that might be a big no no. I guess im gonna have to revise my normal way of thinking on these things.

BTW- I have a 10% off card for Smokey Mountain Knife, plus i bought two $50 gift cards for $39 each. I dont know what im gettin yet but its gonna be real deal!

The lost pkg has finally found my front door early this AM-exactly one week late. When i got out of bed this AM (late) there it was. Whopee!

I stand amazed that after all this, the driver just laid it on the doorstep instead of handing it to you or another responsible adult. Was he hope'n that some nere-do-well would happen by and steal it for good this time.

Thanks Guys-Ill answer those two questions

No not a sign of it being opened-perfect

and yeah i thought it was pretty strange though but im sure he knocked-He woke me up the other morning and when there was no answer yeah, i guess he just left it not wanting to see me in my underwear for the second time in a week BUT
scenario number 2A- The guy who got it delivered to his place may have walked over and left it finally. The Fedex guy had written him a note at some point. Anyway the funniest part was when he was telling me a hundred miles an hour what had happened and all i heard was he delivered the pkg so i said
"Wait you delivered the pkg right there (pointing to my doorfront) and he stops talking fast and looks down at the ground and says "No, No- I misde-lever your package" Now what am i gonna do? I just felt bad for the guy.

It's in my possession and the world is wonderful.
