mitchell fixed/folder?

i have a knife that is stamped mitchell. As a fixed blade its blade is 3 3/4 inchs. When you press a silver button on the side of the wooden grip, the blade folds out and becomes a 7 1/4 blade. Any ideas? I cant find out anything so far!!!
