MJ&S Knives - anyone familiar with them?

Has anyone purchased from MJ&S knives in Ohio?I ordered a knife on 7/12 and have not recieved it. They are in Ohio, and i'm in Pennsylvania, so shipping should not take that long. Every time I call, I get an answering machine. Left a message last week, and as far as I know it was not returned. I am starting to wonder. Has anybody had experience with this company?

MJS is generally considered to be one of the best dealers on the web. Check the GB&U forum. If you can't contact Mark by phone, I suggest you try emailing him at knifeman@mjsknives.com .
 
Mark is good people as I have bought from him as well. And I will move this to the correct forum now.

I have dealt with Mark of MJ&S, and I've found him to be great, very quick to respond to e-mail or phone calls. I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem. I suggest you keep trying, this isn't SOP for Mark.

I have to back up what others are saying, Mark has always been great to deal with during my purchases. He has always replied quickly to any email I have sent to him.

Thanks everyone, i'm relieved. I gave my PO Box when I ordered, and then as an after thought e-mailed my street address for UPS delivery. So maybe is was sent through the Post Office and that's what is slowing it up. Well anyway, your replies have given me confidence int this company, and I placed another order last night.
 
rest at ease my friend your order is being taken care of. however the order you placed last night will reach you before the bm350.
the reason is im out of them. however i notified you of this the same night of the order. but im finding that alot of my e-mail has disapeared lately so ive started sending a return receipt for alot of the e-mail that is important that way i know everyone is geting what im saying to them. to everyone that spoke up in my behalf I Thank You and that includes you Mike thanks for speaking up on my behalf. all of you take care and have a great day.

All is well. These are the first quality knives I've purchased and i'm a little anxious. I am already picking out my third knife.. i'm getting hooked!
