Having read all of your previous posts regarding MJ&S Knives, I felt that perhaps you were prone to exaggeration. Last Sunday, I ordered a knife in the afternoon and received the knife on Wednesday. From Ohio to Arizona in three days- this speaks highly of Mark and UPS customer service.

I would now give MJ&S first shot at any knife purchase that I would make. If he had the right knife at the right price- he would get the sale.

In addition, all e-mail questions that I have sent him have been answered faster than anyone I know. He also sent me a cool calendar and pens in the box. This guy knows customer service! Five Star!

thankyou daniel im glad you got your knife as exspected and in a fashion that makes you happy. itry to offer the best prices. but as we all know this doesnt always sell the knives. at that point you have a customer service that is appealing to all. such as in your case 3 day select shipping for the same price as ground shipping. and an e-mail response quick enough that you dont get any wrong thoughts as to if im even going to answer you. as for the calanders and pens they are just an added bonus that maybe you will like but if not its not a big deal either. alot of people like little bonus's and the calanders give you that right off. the pens are rather cheap but hey its something else to make you feel better about your purchase with us.
now as far as jackal i next day aired this package to him and it is sitting in kentucky
so we have a slight battle with ups at this point but no big deal. sorry for the problems jackal and it shall be straight very shortly. hopefully they will send it on over there as they are supposed to. saturday delivery may have been the problem. your area may not have had enough things going on saturday or something like that who knows.

I have to add my 2 cents here. I've had many dealing with Mark and he has the greatest customer service you'll get anywhere. Only once have I had a problem (based on a miscommunication) and Mark went out of his way to make ammends. Thanks Mark for the first rate service.

Let me add my voice to the growing numbers of those who LOVE MJ&S knives! I order a BM 750 from Mark about a week and a half ago. It arrived today (good time considering I'm in Canada) in mint condition. I've never dealt with MJ&S Knives before, but this will not be my last. Way to go Mark.
