Very nice! I like the darkened blade. I don't think I have seen an ML with that finish before.

Two knives that I regret selling were an ML Woods&Bush and sweet ML Kephart that was a thicker version than Matt usually makes.

If my ML Kephart is any indication, you are really going to enjoy that knife.
