Just received this knife today and it has only cut paper and some light cardboard to test the edge. The convex edge on this hand forged blade is quite sharp. As you can see from the pictures, some forge marks have been purposely left on the blade- the rest of the blade is satin finished. This is a solid full-tang knife with hardwood handles and a nice heft. Good all around knife with a nice leather pouch sheath.

Blade length: 5, convex edge, quite sharp
Blade thickness: 1/8 with a distal taper
Blade width: 1 ½ at the widest point
Sheath: leather with a belt loop that should accommodate a belt up to 3 wide
