This knife is a mix of the ancient Ibero style "falcata sword" with a modern tactical look, complemented with a luxurious leather sheath.

Specifications:

STYLE: Falcata Sabre.
STEEL: "5160" High Carbon Steel.
BLADE LOOK: Acid-washed.
GRIND FINISH: Acid-washed.
HANDLE: Reddish Teak, Full Tang Construction.
HARDWARE: Bolts.
SHEATH: Brown Leather Sheath.
OVERALL LENGTH: 13" (330mm)
BLADE LENGTH: 8.07" (205mm)
THICKNESS: 0.275" (7mm) max.

The knife by itself is awesome, but the sheath really sets off the package. Almost looks like something the hero would wear in a post apocalyptic film, but without moving into fantasy knife territory.

Edit: the little brass accent piece is kinda neat.
 
SUPER interested in this, but I have a couple of questions;

Blade width (from edge to spine)?
How was blade length measured, from tip to front of handle scales?

Ian thanks for the comment, usability in priority, this design was often used in Iberian swords due to its chopping power.

(50mm) 2" maximum width.
(205mm) 8" from the handle to tip.

Nice job Mario, I'll bet that's one tough s.o.b. And I agree that the sheath is excellent and really completes the package.
