This one is a BEAST. 14" OAL, O1 steel, sucupira scales, full flat ground. Custom order for me that ended up going unused.
Wanted a knife that I could hack and clear brush with, easily chop wood, but also be sharp and nimble enough to do some finer detail work.
Sucupira is a super hard tropical wood that promises to be very durable.
Original edge is intact.. slices PB paper.
The leather sheath is so nice. Can be worn at the hip with the removable dangler, or it can be worn vertically. That's a LOT of leather!
This knife is crying to be used.
Mario is renowned for his quality knives.. this one is no exception. I use my Kephart he did for me often.
