About how hard do you run the steel, and is a sheath available?

My steel hardness is between 57/60 HRC. About the sheath, is the sheath you see in the picture. Remains only two knives and one sheath in a series of 6 knives and sheaths.

Thanks for your words, I try to make knives with real usefulness in the field, I have attention to aesthetic details but the real utility is always first when I choose a design for a knife.
