Up for grabs today is my Mnandi in S45vn / Bog Oak. Love love love this little knife, I just happened to pick up an ebony version that I like a little better. This has been pocketed a few times, no real wear that I can discern. Factory edge, has cut open one box and a couple of sheets of paper. Solid lockup, action, centering. Currently has the clip off with the CRK replacement screw in place. Comes with clip / slip / cloth / box / etc. Everything as from CRK. DOB 3/3/2022. Asking sold

It’s how the wood is finished — naturally like that. I’ve seen some other Bog Oaks with similar dark spots — I think it kind of gives it an interesting look, and I wonder if it’s related to the partial petrification that the bog oak starts to undergo?
