LE was less than ten bucks more than a satin w/nuclear option… had to go for it.
I didn’t want to face the (large) potential of regret.

I squeaked my order in just before LE was taken down. I didn’t request a number, so whatever number I get might reflect how many LE were produced.
 
This #278 was the last one made.

I was hesitant to order the sawback though, because it didn’t have a typical Bowie swedge, like the LE.

Seemed like a Bowie should have a little something special going on up front. I asked if Garth could do anything in that department… and if Yes, I’d buy.

It’s not a classic curved Bowie swedge, but I think it’s great & fits the look of this beast perfectly!
