MOAB User...

Wow! That's awesome Greg. :D

I remember you saying something like, "that's a used car" and I said something like, "the difference is that a used car will be worth zero in five years". :p Again, pure awesome!

+1

im glad youre using it greg! i'll look forward to seeing it in use more!

M-Hog, sorry if I was distracted, but you undestand:D It was a pleasure talking to you and your right, I couldn't talk myself out of it. God knows I tried. No knife has spoke to me like that in a while, if ever.

Nyuk nyuk nyuk!

Was away for the weekend. Place had a fireplace. So I pack the MOAB, among others;) Gas logs. Moab was not happy. To placate it, I did use it to cut and plate the frozen pizza. Think rock n' chop and spatula. I need some practice with the 2 liter chop, though. Sorry, no pics. The wife was hungry and insisted we eat:D

The MOAB, it slices, it dices, it chops, it smashes, it....

Thanks for having the courage to use it. After all, it is a knife. Not using it would be like buying a Ferrari, but never driving it, or buying the Mona Lisa, but not hanging it on the wall.

Suh Weeeeet!!!!!!!!

Very cool Greg!!!.. . . . Glad to see the MOAB getting some love. . . ..

Beat her stupid!!!

Jerry :D

Hey guys-

You inspired me- I had to use mine. I tested it the same way I did the dragons Fang- With my mortal enemy the dread coconut.

That will teach it to mess with my insides when I am eating it on tropical vacations.

Excuse the fumbling at the end- the MOAB is so heavy I had to set it down a second!!!

Anyways- Enjoy!!

Nice coconut smashing there Gus!!!. . . . :D

Poor ol' coconut never had a chance!!!

That wasn't so much a chop as a bludgeon. That massive chunk of INFI came down like the hammer of Thor. Nice work :D

So, since there are only two know MOABs actually in use, does that make them even more of a collector's item?

I don't know which Hog said it, but to paraphrase "I make your collection more valuable, by using mine:D"

Took the girls (wife and 3 year old) "primitive" tent camping Wednesday-Friday. Took a bag o' INFI to break in. The MOAB is a great splitter. I even made a few fuzz sticks with it, but it did fatigue the web of my hand pretty quick (@30 minutes total chopping/fuzzing), guess it was a little heavy for the task at hand:D May have to choke on it a little more next time. However, it just proves the old addage "a big knife can do anything a small knife can do..."
