I have a quite old MOD (Blackhawk blades before they changed their name) CQD Mark II. This was my first "real" knife years ago and it was a user. I haven't touched it in years so it could use a good cleaning and is quite dull. However, other than the scratching on the DLC coating, the blade is ready to be brought back to life. I tried to accurately show all the scratches, dings, knicks, and minor oxidization in the pics. The blade has slight up/down and side/side play. However it was that way out the box so I wonder if it's not a result of the plunge lock it uses?...
I'm really interested in trying a Boker Epicenter but will consider just about anything...especially Kershaws and lower-end ZT's and other Bokers. Users are welcome. Contact me at drewards@live.com
