I've spent too many hours trying to get my CGFBM towards my ideal, and I've finally given up. I'd really like to get an NMSFNO with some kind of sheath in return. I'm planning on modding the NMSFNO handle fairly extensively so mint or used are both fine.
CGFBM blade has been stripped, corrugations have been sanded down, ridges along spine have been sanded down, the blade has been convexed, and the choil rounded. As well, I've sanded down a portion on the top of the blade opposite the choil for additional comfort. All work on the knife has been done keeping the knife at a "touchable" temperature (210 degrees?), and so has taken many hours. I've used extensively in the field, and it holds a great edge. If you're looking for a lighter FBM than is typically seen, this may be it.
The CGFBM will come with a basic sheath sold by Scrap Yard for the Dogfather that I've modded to fit the CGFBM.
The pics below are from a crappy cell phone camera (don't have a digital camera), but if you'd like more just let me know.
