Hello knife people! I am excited to show off my latest hunting knife in the amazing CPM 10V steel. This is pretty much a copy of my personal hunter, with a few mods. I did a simpler rounded design to the back of the handle, and removed the lanyard tube and spine jimping. But the steel......I LOVE this stuff. It has amazing toughness for the carbide volume (17% vanadium carbide) and has edge retention out the yin yang! Heat treat was done in shop, as always, including "cryo" quench and triple tempers for a final hardness of 65HRC. I am a big fan of thin knives with thin flat grinds, and this one is no exception. Speaking of grinds, all grinding is done under flood so as to not ruin the temper. Sharpening done by hand on stones. To give some idea of the edge geometry, staring straight into the edge prior to sharpening you could just almost make out the flat. A lot of knives have an edge that is 0.020" prior to sharpening, but 0.020" thickness is 0.250" above the edge. She be thin. I gave the blade a hand rubbed finish, which is a ton of fun on 65HRC 10V. It's like trying to polish glass or tungsten carbide. You get nowhere in a hurry. The handle is hi viz blaze orange g10 with black spacers and liners. SS pins. Feels wonderful with all grip styles, no hot spots, just slides into the hand. Sharpening was done with resin bonded diamond stones and stropped on 1 micron diamond film. The edge is just wicked stupid sharp. Includes custom kydex sheath and free US shipping. This is one of those knives that just can do it all, easily at home in the kitchen slicing "maters" or processing a bull elk after you landed that tag!

This is a completely new design for me. It has an exposed rounded and polished tang. I have been wanting to construct a knife with that type of handle for some time and it came out way more comfortable than I thought. The black g10 handle has a red liner which looks great and feels great. The blade is Crucible D-2, with a custom Delta heat treat protocol with "cryo" treatment for better toughness over the industry standard heat treatment. This is a thin knife with a thin grind for exceptional cutting ability. It is extremely sharp with a needle like tip. Full flat grind with hand rubbed satin blade finish. I love this thing. Includes custom kydex sheath. Surprised no one has snatched it up yet!

Paypall preferred (samuraistuart@yahoo.com). All knives come with free shipping in the USA as well as a lifetime unconditional warranty. Something goes wrong, the knife gets repaired or replaced. I ask that the buyer be aware that most all of my knives are cutting tools and are made only for their intended use. I like to make thin, hard knives that excel at cutting and not necessarily able to take abuse. If you have any questions, feel free to DM me here or contact me by email (samuraistuart@yahoo.com).
