I have a re-ground caly 3 vg-10 and a H-1 atlantic salt PE with a modified tip/spine. Both have been sharpened and lightly used but are in great condition.
The caly 3 vg-10 has been reground to 0.006 inches behind the edge and the tip has been ground down a little for reinforcement . I did the regrind
personally and finished it to 120 grit and then used a medium grit cork belt. The blade finish looks close to factory.
The atlantic salt has a wharnnie type profile and a polished spine.
Both knives are razor sharp specially the caly 3.
