Here is my model 10 recurve. This knife feels great in my hand, it just melts into it.
The steel is 1084, that has been clay quenched for a nice hamon. The spine is fully fileworked to the butt of the knife.
The handle is... well, I gotta be honest... I got some of my woods mixed up in my storage box. It is either stabilized black ash burl, or stabilized box elder burl. Either way, it is stabilized and very nice looking stuff.
The sheath is leather and designed for horizontal, vertical carry. The knife snaps securely into the sheath.
Dimensions:
Blade - 3 1/2" tip to handle
OAL - 7 3/4"
Price - $195 shipped. I prefer paypal to mlwbailey@yahoo.com, but will accept check or money order.
The first "I'll take it!" gets it
