I have a new student in my shop for the last few months. After a lot of time at the saw and drill press helping me, we decided it was time to team up on a batch of knives. I could really get used to having someone do all the sweat work for me so I could just grind the blades and drink a cold beer every once in a while. I am sure it will not be long until he is on his way and I will be looking for someone else to put in front of the saw. His name is David Patterson from Eupora, Ms. Please welcome him to Blade Forums.

Those look great and I know that the perfection is there as with ALL of David's knives. I picked up two more of his a couple of weeks ago. Think that makes twelve since I started buying them in 1984.

I'll take two of the M21s, one orange and one black. Email sent. TNext month these will go as gifts for a Namibian PH and his PH to be son.

Mr. Winston:

I received and replied to your message that you didn't get my email. I suspect it is blocked by one of your filters or in your spam folder. At any rate here it is, and if you'll just confirm your paypal address on here, I'll paypal you $340 shortly. Email copy:

Mr. Winston:

Per my post on bladeforums, I'll take one orange and one black of the model 21s. Please confirm that this is your paypal address and I'll send you $340 shortly.

Still use and admire the S30V set you made for me. Great knives. Regards Charlie T*****

I'd like to take his place for a while maybe I could come up there to learn from the man and erwin too

These are sweet knives. I had one of the small game knives "taken from me" by a guide while elk hunting last year. After he picked it up I never got it again. His comment was "You know Mr Winston and can get another one". I call that high praise from a pro.

I've got one of Dave's knives in stabilized spalted buckeye. It is a joy to both hold and behold. :D It's easily the most elegant user I own.

I always meant to get some of those cool "key" knives he was making, too.
