Beautiful! So how does the bone breaker operate?

You lay the bird leg, or rabbit or squirrel, across the notch and apply pressure with your thumb and snap the bone. Then you can sever it with the edge of the blade. A lot of hunters accomplish this by just laying the leg over the edge of the knife and breaking it with the thumb. This keeps you from damaging the cutting edge.
