Very nice - sold.

I'll go paypal.

The pins seems to be a departure for you - don't you normally do removable screws? I like SS pins better.

Thanks

Thanks for the comments. I do normally attach the scales with epoxy and screws. I thought I would try some pins for a change. I will continue to use screws for damascus pieces and for knives that have fluted handles. I remove the finished scales in order to completely etch the damascus and also to do any fluting on the scales. Just the way I do it. I am glad to get good feedback on the pins.

Got the knife today and all I can say is - wow.

The design, fit and finish are exceptional. It's flawless.

Thanks a lot.

I prefer the pins myself. Mosaic pins always add a nice touch & would certainly enhance your fine looking knives.

Myself, I like plain pins. In fact, I like nice clean lines throughout the knife. This knife, in particular, has real nice lines.

To each his own, I guess.

Ok. That is just a friggin' awesome knife. As nice as the knife is, the sheath is even better! What a great package!

Wasn't being critical at all, as I like everything about this knife. Just mentioned I also like the look of mosaic pins, since you brought up the topic of pins vs. screws to the maker. Like you said, to each his own. Nice score.

I like the pins. All my Winston knives have screws and they are fine but I do like the pins. I know mosaic pins add to the price though.

I understand - I was only stating my opinion as well. There's no right or wrong to it.
