So, I was working on my model 2.2, and decided that I wanted it a bit longer, because it was a little tight in my hands. I stretched the model out a bit and changed the flipper design, and this is the result. I was going to call it a model 2.3, but the whole 2 point something was getting a little out of hand, so I just went with model 4. This is the first model 4 to be offered here.
The blade is s35vn, heat treated by Peters' to 60 rc. It has been textured on the flats and hand sanded to 600 grit. It flips open with ease due to the bearings. It has nice lockup and falls centered. The liners are titanium and so is the clip. All other hardware is stainless. The handles are some nice weave carbon fiber. It is polished and chamfered.
This one flips open easily, has a solid detent and feels great in the hand.
Dimensions Blade - 3 1/2" tip to handle
OAL - 8"
Closed 4 1/2"
Price sold shipped to US. I will ship internationally for an additional fee.
I will have this posted elsewhere, so the first timestamp saying "I'll take it!" gets it.
