Norcal, if this is your first Mike Wilson knife, you are in for a very pleasant surprise. i got his "drop point and smokewood" a couple of months ago. far from the most expensive knife i own, but absolutely one of the best in all aspects. the balance in hand and beauty will amaze you. roland

Mike, I picked the wrong day to not check the net. Nice knife, and just what i've been looking for.

Please tell me you've got a spare! I'm in love with that knife. I just checked out your site, really neat stuff. What exactly is a "friction" folder? Looks great. Thanks, Clint (Seriously, if you've got another one of these...)

Clint a friction folder is a folder that works entirely on friction. Friction between the antler, copper washers and the blade is what keeps it closed and open.

You guys want a model 50 as pictured above, they are available through an order. I will be glad to discuss one with you on the phone 828-389-8145 or e- mail, knives@dnet.net. Thanks

And I thought I liked the Model 51 (I do, I do...:D).

Another great knife! Thanks for making me look harder for ways to come up with more money... :)

Seriously...you do great work, Mike!

Ray :)
