Modern lockback folders (Traditionals allowed)

My latest lock back is this NOS Japanese made Klein Tools #44137 that I’m guessing is from the 1980s or 90s? Anyone have any idea who made these for Klein? It’s very well made and one of the sharpest knives out of the box I’ve ever owned.

I love this knife; been thinking about getting the D2 version. What clip is that? Really like it.

Another solid workhorse:

Thanks jnaught. It's just a Milwaukee utility knife clip. Part# 14-46-1501. I made two simple slots below the screw. A Spyderco wire clip should work well too.

This knife is one of the reasons I started this thread. It just came today, sadly the Lionsteel TM1 has been discontinued and that's why my order was delayed since November.

Really sweet knife, I like the size and the ergo's. The fit and finish appears to be perfect on initial eyeballing.

Of course lionsteel decides to discontinue a knife that's been out for years as I place an order. Initially lionsteel said it would be about a month until the next run, and then it changed to discontinued.

It slipped under my radar for a long time. I think owning a carbon fiber native 5 changed my perspective on linerless carbon fiber handles.

The TM1 being an integral and a lockback on bearings was a cool factor I appreciate. I've been looking for oddball purchases to round out the edges of my collection.

Where are the pictures? :)

I believe the TM1 will become one of those highly sought after knives in the future..as far as i know it was the first ever CF integral produced.

It might look odd at first glance but the design will grow on you as soon as you use it. The handle is so comfortable to hold..something most companies miss nowadays.
