  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Modern Production Western Style Swords

I don't know if some of you have ever had a favorite sword that you could just not put down but I found one with my Baron. My neighbors probably think I'm 12 years old if they've been watching my backyard from their 2nd story balcony. Obviously I can't "use" it but I just have to do something with it everyday.

Glad to hear you've found a good friend. I prefer a pair of short swords, but have yet to find/make the perfect one for me. Honestly, that's part of why I got into blademaking to begin with. Nothing out there that I've seen really fits me perfectly, so far. I'll get there eventually though.

This one is probably about my favorite, albion Poiters. Not sure if the guy over the phone at albion was just trying to butter me up, but he mentioned that Lars considers it one of his favorites as well.

I know I'm necroing my own thread, but I didn't visit this for a long time and missed your post.

Which "Lars" were they referring to? I know they said that Arnold has bought some stuff off them over the years.

I believe that would be Lars Hansen, Albion's designer and armourer.
