hello,

I am looking for a modern slipjoint that match as much as possible the following prerequisites:
- blade length under 2.75”
- finger choil or guard on the blade
- one hand opening
- deep carry clip
- CF, G10, Ti or micarta handle scales
- hollow or full flat grind
- weight under 3oz
- $50< price <$200

Anyone has some recommendation for this kind of knife?

I didn’t know about Manly but I am impressed
I like the design of the wasp, just sad they are two hand opener
But I will have a look on they... this may favorably replace my old Opinel

Discontinued, but you may still be able to find a Spyderco PITS under $200.

I scored one on closeout earlier this year and it's become a favorite.

*Spyderco lists the edge length as 2.7", but blade length is 2.97", so I guess it's too long.

Kizer Mike Vagnino Zipslip looks really close to your spec.

Three Rivers would get my vote based off your parameters. Another to ponder is the Spyderco Titanium Squeak.

The Spyderco Urban meets all of your requirements except for the handle material. Excellent design, with a well ground blade that has a thin edge and cuts well. Standard version is N690CO, but if you look around you can still find one with a K390 blade.

The Vagnino Zipslip looks good, but the blade is slightly over your length requirement.

Buy an Urban in K390 and never look back. It puts most modern slipjoits to shame. Won’t give you anything fancy to look at, but in terms of practicality and utilitya unbeatable!

I like the TRM Atlas and the Kiser Zipslip very much
Does anyone have pictures of both side by side in order to get some comparison?

I did a "vs" search and lo and behold someone made a video comparing both, you should check it out.
The TRM edged out the Kizer in the end (according to the author who I don't know) but if you want a ti handle and want to save a few bucks the ZipSlip is on sale for $99 at BladeHQ.
All just options.
The Atlas has some fun handle materials if you're looking to match up your edc gear.

I'm really thinking that "slip joint" and "one hand opening" make this a tough nut to crack.

I bet if you expanded to 2 hand opening you'd find a lot more choice.

I was just looking for something similar - assuming <2.75" is edge, then here's a couple that have been designed for the UK/Euro markets that might work:
-Spyderco UKPK
-Boker Plus XS (Chad Los Banos)
I just picked up Boker Plus XL (3" edge) and am really happy with how safe a slip joint is (due to backspring and finger choil), and I prefer regular clips AIWB for deep concealment.
