I received in a trade a 940 that had the handles stripped and painted red. I didn't care for the red so I stripped it again. It has a shiny, smooth appearance and texture. S30V blade has been sharpened, but still has years of life left.

I apologize, I don't have any pics, but I can email some from my phone.

Pretty much the only trades I'd be interested in would be the right 0550 scale, or a Kershaw Piston.
