Modified Cammilus BK7

Thought you guys might like this. Over on Sigforum a member posted a pic of his BK7 he did some work on...

He did the G-10 handles, mosaic pins, rounded off the butt, put in a large choil, modified the thumb ramp, and removed the coating and blued it.

I wish I had half this guys skills.

I know I spelled Camillus wrong...crap.

I'm not a fan of any of those changes (except the bluing) but at least they don't appear shoddily done.

I think it looks goofy as hell BUT I'm sure some of the changes are useful. With the thumb ramp and large choil I'm sure that helps out a ton for fine work.

I just wish I had the ability to change stuff like that to my wants.
 
sorry? you are correct...but rough micarta is more my style... I like being to take the grips off with an A key though dont know about the choil too almost looks like a ranger RAK well unique find. and I humbly apologize for my public display of overlookism,
