Here is on that I just finished up. The customer wanted the guard modified from the original Eastside fighter. The blade is forged of w-2 with the fittings being made of damascus. 12 1/4" blade over all length is 17 1/2". The spine is 3/16" thick at the guard and has a distal taper all the way to the point. It is very fast in the hand.

The blade is picking up a reflection of something on this last picture. That running from beneath my name to teh edge is not on the blade.

WOW!! At 3/16 with a full taper, that big sucker has to be as light as a feather in your hand!

Very nice BIG fighter Craig.
Execution looks great and very nice stag.

I have to say that it can add to the overall experience when the collector
is able to share in the design in both producing a knife he feels he had a hand in
and helping in building a good maker/collector relationship. However in this case
perhaps he/she should have left the guard to your original design.

I really like this knife but in this case I have to agree with Kevin about the guard.

Add me to the list of admirers, wouldja?:)
I can understand the rationale behind the guard, and the guard itself looks really nice. But it does stand out a little much, doesn't seem to jive with the rest.
But hey, I wouldn't kick it out of bed for eating crackers.:D

Looks like someone likes Hell's Belles,I know I do. :)
Great work Craig.
Super looking Fighter.

Great looking stag and blade. Can't wait to you start making knives for the Fisk Show (hint, hint)

Practically everything with this knife is a fighter. The design, the profile, the guard and even the handle of this knife are just right. I personally like this fighter very much

Thanks for showing, Craig

Not a fan of the modified guard, but a great looking fighter. Really like the blade profile.
