Did you use a chemical stripper??
You could try an abrasive "paint removal" pad that chucks into your drill and could easily remove the olive drab form the bevels.
 
Knice! I like that naked stuff. I think the curragations on any of these blades look better when the blade is stripped.
 
I will say there is a huge difference between the fbm and all other infi I have stripped….

The finish of the steel lacks the serious dimples I found on all others
 
i am gonna strip it again and do a mirror finish on it soon.... may have to give it to an employee for a project..... i have one guy that was a jewler he has done a few mods to my knives over the past year and has more patience than me...lol

I like the look. The surface seems to be more finely granular finished than dimpled. I may do this myself. Maybe the shop can supply one in the white instead of painted.
