Modified SAR 4 and my Daughters Deer

WOW... You guys really HATE deer up there!

First... you shoot it..

Then... you gut it...

Next... you HANG it!!! :eek:

Seriously... nice job... My daughter has caught the fever too, and is still searching for her first buck after bagging a pair of nice doe last year. Great times! :thumbup:

No worries about the antlers... I have yet to see a good recipe for them.;)

Congratulations! I hunted Monday in Tioga, PA and didnt see any bucks. Few does but no bucks. Great to see more young people hunting, I am young but almost no one I know hunts......sad.
 
I put the modified SAR 4 through a test today. I took the skin and flesh off of the skull today of her deer. For those of you that have done this, you know how tough that this is to remove. And to top it off, it was frozen, and cold out. I also used the new Spyderco Temperance 2 as well, but that is for another forum. Anyway, it performed perfectly as we would expect. I know, pics or it did not happen. Here you go. I like my modified version very well by the way! :thumbup:
