Modified the Spearpoint blade on my GEC #92

Recently, I modified the coping blade on my Elderberry Jigged Bone #92 Eureka Jack into a wharncliffe blade. After looking at the main blade, I decided to modify it into a clip point. I am not a big fan of spearpoint blades, and find a good clip point is much handier for me! So I carefully reground it into its new shape. I like the way it looks and the way it works!

Interesting!! I have always wondered why the 92 did not come in a clip blade.

That looks very nicely done.... although, I'm just opposite of you... I would be trying to modify a clip into a spear point ;)

That's one of the reasons I really like the 92's... the spearpoint main. I would like to see pics of the coping/wharn mod, though.
