Modified the Spearpoint blade on my GEC #92

Recently, I modified the coping blade on my Elderberry Jigged Bone #92 Eureka Jack into a wharncliffe blade. After looking at the main blade, I decided to modify it into a clip point. I am not a big fan of spearpoint blades, and find a good clip point is much handier for me! So I carefully reground it into its new shape. I like the way it looks and the way it works!

Looking good. Has the pull strength required to open the blade changed?
 
For me, part of the fun of this hobby is modifying our knives to suit us! Nice work:thumbsup:
 
Interesting!! I have always wondered why the 92 did not come in a clip blade.
 
That looks very nicely done.... although, I'm just opposite of you... I would be trying to modify a clip into a spear point ;)

That's one of the reasons I really like the 92's... the spearpoint main. I would like to see pics of the coping/wharn mod, though.
