Modify a RAT-1 for me?

I'd like to get a RAT-1 folder and mostly use it for hiking. I would like to have the option of using it for EDC, but my local carry laws limit folders to 3.5". The RAT-1 is just a hair bigger-- 3.6". Is there someone here who can lop a little off the blade for me, keeping the temper and following the factory geometry, but getting down to my legal limit?

I'm all ears for other knives of simular design around 3.5" too.
