Modify Squirt

Hey long time reader first time poster.

I was wondering if anyone has thought about
modifying a squirt by making the knife blade
lockable. I was thinking about adding a simple
liner lock, and I was wondering if anyone else
has done something similar.

Hi,

I was just thinking of modifying a squirt by changing the handle inserts out for something other than the aluminum. Do you know how to remove the handle inserts? I'm assuming this would have to be done to add a blade lock.

I would love titanium bolsters for the quirt or some hard anodized aluminum cause the abundance of scratches are annoying.
