I just used the bench grinder to roughly lower the spine...

The rest was done by hand.

I have made sheaths for all of them...apart from this latest one (as I just finished the knife today)

I used flared stainless tubes for the handle fasteners...much like the original fittings.

Seeing Bans work was the reason I started modding Busse knives.... and it's given me something to aim for in terms of detail, fit and finish.

Having said that... if someone else is supplying the knives...then I'm in. :thumbup:
