MoFo Leather, Dwayne does it again

Hi All, sorry for the delay, the wife just got stung on the foot by a scorpion! needless to say she was a little more than concerned. No worries though, its just a garden variety brownie, we occasionally have the Mexican type that are a little on the leathal side. :o

O.K. now, Hi T1 To answer the snake skin question, its a lot tougher than you might think. The abrasion resistance is very good, better than the leather that surrounds it. Take Tegu Lizard for instance, that stuff is armor! Snake skin may look thin and fragile but its very strong and tough stuff. I have an inlay sheath that I carry very often and its as good as the day I made it, the leather is scratched here and there but the snake is all good.

I'll post a pic of the BAD ASS...:D Its a really nifty sheath and I can turn those buggers around fast!

Heh! The Penguin sheaths are reserved for Penguin 2K! lol!:D So far that is the one and only pengi sheath that I have done. Wouldnt mind doing another though.....:D ;)
