Moki of Japan has been making fine knives since
Moichi Sakurai, the patriarch of the family, first
began his knifemaker apprenticeship in 1907.
The quality of their workmanship is so good, several
major players in the industry, e.g. Spyderco, Al Mar
and others, have contracted with Moki in the
