This is a very nice and useful little utility knife, with good looks, but the sheath could be better.
I don't usually like micarta handles, but this knife made me realize it's exactly the right material sometimes. Looks rather nice and stands up well to different environments well, and this knife certainly is a "user" knife, which the handle material and VG-10 steel in the blades hints at.
The handle finish isn't totally smooth everywhere, but still very good.

Handle shape is very well thought out, widening towards the butt and with very subtle shapening around the area for the first and second fingers, which isn't immediately apparent, but adds a lot to the impression you get from handling the knife.
The hollow ground blade is 3mm thick at its thickest and in front of the thumb/forefinger grooves on the spine it's rounded rather than flat. The grooves for the first finger gives a good grip.
Blade geometry and handle shape makes for good cutting properties.

However, the sheath as delivered isn't quite up to the same standard as the knife itself. To me, this doesn't matter at all, as I had been planning on getting another sheath anyway, as I want a smalll knife as this to ride higher on the belt.
As delivered, the cement along the edge of the sheath was still a bit sticky (easy enough to get off, but still), the sheath wasn't formed to fit the knife, but flat, and thus resisted inserting the knife. Removing the knife was a problem, as it sat too tightly: Even after a few times, pulling on the leather thong almost had me thinking it'd break. For me, and I guess for most on this forum, wet forming the sheath isn't much of a problem, but it makes the knife less suited as, for example, a gift to someone not used to such things.
A good thing about the sheath is that is has a drain hole, although it was partially blocked by dried cement. It's existance is yet another indication that the knife is intended as using knife. (I wonder why the drain hole is sometimes missing from sheaths?)
As for a new sheath: Does anyone happen to make kydex sheats for this knife?
