Money back from Buck

Mexico has always been known for high quality leather goods. Buck sheaths are no exeption. Still the consumer should know were things come from.

Buck is about as honest a company as there has ever been. Law suit is pathetic. All the problems in the world and energy and resources are wasted on this non problem.

"...legal action against Buck Knives says the company falsely advertised its products in order to charge a higher price."
I paid $39 a couple months back for a US made 110 and someone thinks that's out of line because the sheath was made in Mexico? I was thrilled to have a sheath thrown in for that price.

Uh, the class action alleges that people paid more because they assumed the sheath was made in the US? Effing who? Haha. I’m as big of a USA-made fan as anyone, as many can tell you from the however many China-Made Knives threads that pop up. I’ve never in my life looked at the stock Buck sheath and thought anything of it beyond,”That’s going in a drawer when my new kydex gets here.” If the sheath quality is making you justify the price of a ~$50 knife, then your priorities are out of line, in my opinion.

I won't bother even though I have a couple of Bucks with sheaths that would qualify, but some might want to.

If they are concerned about being made in the USA they can go to Post Falls Idaho and visit the factory and watch the knives being "Made in the USA." I did so I can attest to the fact that they do make knives in the USA. I have had a number of Bucks and there is nothing wrong with them.

Lol really? Class action lawsuit for a fairly decent Mexican made sheath? I didn’t mind the sheath that came with my 110 pro, it’s not the best the best sheath ever, but it’s still serviceable.
