Alright, you are obviously sick enough to belong here. Welcome, I think!

Now, the obvious question is, who would win in a fight, an alien, a sea monster, a yeti, or a death worm? AND, Which khuk would each use?

I think that the alien would use a a YCS because his advanced technology would allow him to manipulate Dan and put him at the top of the waiting list.

Nessie would use a BAS because its handle is specialy contoured to fit the maw of a seamonster (especialy if it was made by Kumar)

The death worm would use a Cold Steel "Kukri", because lets face it, death worms dont know what the heck they are doing, and they are all cheapskates to boot.

The yeti would use a 30 in. AK because it would make him feel like a macho man. All yeti have security issues, that is why they live in the woods to begin with. (No offense to 30 in. AK owners, my friend has one and im just jealous.)

As for the fight, I think it would be a toss up between the yeti and alien.

What do YOU think?

If it was the alien from Predator I'd lay my money on the alien. :p ;)

The new flick Alien VS Predator oughta be pretty good! :D

DUNE!!

Frank Herberts Dune series is one of my favorites. But I stopped reading at "God Emperor of Dune" because it started getting really weird.

Oh, please finish the series.
If you havent read all 6 book, you havent read Dune.
Do yourself a favor and read them all.

Reading the Dune series changed my life. It was like a post-graduate degree.
Frank Herbert was a genius.

It is very possible that Frank studied this mongolian worm thing.
the mongolian culture provided several ideas in his books.

I'm with Jebedia in that after Dune Herbert lapsed into normal story telling mode. That's OK, but it wasn't Dune high level. He had one great story to tell, he rose to the occasion, and told it brilliantly, but afterwards it was just normal sf.

Matt.18
[1] At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?
[2] And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,
[3] And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
